Idiom: To be/feel under the weather !!

Sapete cosa significa : To be/feel under the weather ?

Letteralmente si traduce come : stare/sentire  sotto il tempo, ma in realtà è un’espressione che si usa quando non ci si sente molto bene oppure ci si sente un po’ giù di morale. Infatti in italiano la traduciamo come : sentirsi così così / stare così così.

Example:

I didn’t go to work today because I was feeling under the weather. = Non sono andata a lavoro oggi perchè mi sentivo così così.
